Naeema is an established visionary leader with a proven track record for developing team building concepts.

Naeema has worked and lived in several countries and has therefore had the opportunity to experience many different cultures and backgrounds, work ethics and people.

​As a result of this diverse background and exposure she brings with her a strong design experience in a wide range of projects.

Her wealth of diverse experience includes efficiently developing , planning, executing and managing sizeable Residential, Commercial and Palace Projects in the UAE, Pakistan and Jordan over the last 18 years.

She was the authorized Consultant on the panel of the Private Department of H.H Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan AlNahyan (Pakistan Office) between 2000-2006. Providing constant Interior design solutions and project coordination and management services towards palace projects in the Palace district in Pakistan and Jordan.

In 2004-2005, she single handedly provided project management services towards the re-construction of a 56000sq ft of private hospital in Abu Dhabi. Aside from also providing complete planning, designing and re-construction services.

​May-Aug 2006, Complete Consultancy, Plannning and execution of a Sports Medicine Centre in Abu Dhabi- aproject for Mubadala Development (first of its kind in the UAE)
